Picky Eater Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1/2-3/4 cup of favorite fruit (I used blueberries)

  • 1/2 cup-3/4 cup milk of choice (I used pea milk- add milk slowly for desired consistency)

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth and creamy consistency. I like to add the milk in little by little. Serve in a 6-8oz portion. Recipe makes enough for 4-8 smoothie pops as well (linked under my shop)
