Granola Bar Bites
INGREDIENTS
7 medjool dates (pitted)
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup of peanut butter, nut butter, or peanut butter alternative
2 TB hemp seeds (or chia seeds)
1 TB maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until crumbly texture and all ingredients are combined
Form the mixture into a ball or mini rectangular bar shape
Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container
