Granola Bar Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 7 medjool dates (pitted)

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup of peanut butter, nut butter, or peanut butter alternative

  • 2 TB hemp seeds (or chia seeds)

  • 1 TB maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until crumbly texture and all ingredients are combined

  • Form the mixture into a ball or mini rectangular bar shape

  • Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container
