Mommy & Me Green Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1/2 avocado
1 frozen banana (frozen helps smoothie to be extra creamy)
1 heaping cup of frozen peaches
1 large handful spinach
1 TB hemp or chia seeds (optional)
1 cup water or milk (might need a bit extra)
1 scoop of vanilla protein (I added this to the adult serving of smoothie after pouring the portion for my toddler)
Other topping of your choice
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients except the protein powder to a blender and blend until smooth (you might need to add a little extra water or milk).
Pour a serving of 6-8 oz for your toddler and then add optional protein powder to the rest of the smoothie in the blender and blend again. Pour into a cup for you and add your toppings of choice. Cheers!
