Mommy & Me Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 frozen banana (frozen helps smoothie to be extra creamy)

  • 1 heaping cup of frozen peaches

  • 1 large handful spinach

  • 1 TB hemp or chia seeds (optional)

  • 1 cup water or milk (might need a bit extra)

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein (I added this to the adult serving of smoothie after pouring the portion for my toddler)

  • Other topping of your choice

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all ingredients except the protein powder to a blender and blend until smooth (you might need to add a little extra water or milk).

  • Pour a serving of 6-8 oz for your toddler and then add optional protein powder to the rest of the smoothie in the blender and blend again. Pour into a cup for you and add your toppings of choice. Cheers!
