Frozen Fruit Yogurt Bark

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 2 large or 4 small fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup any flavor greek yogurt (I used plain)

DIRECTIONS

  • Using a small pan, heat the blueberries and strawberries on low-medium heat. Heat fresh fruit for 2-2.5 minutes or 5 minutes for frozen fruit until juices start to release from the berries. Crush fruit with a fork.

  • Line a cookie sheet with silicone mat or parchment paper and spread greek yogurt in a thin layer.

  • Add the berry mixture to the yogurt and swirl around with a knife. Put into freezer to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.
