Banana Muffins
INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup whole wheat flour
chocolate chips (optional)
sprinkle of instant oats
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Add bananas to a bowl and mash with a fork. Add melted coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup, milk, baking soda, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, and flour. Mix together until combined.
Spray muffin tin and pour mixture into each cup. Sprinkle instant oats on top of muffin mixture.
Cook for 20 minutes and enjoy
