INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • chocolate chips (optional)

  • sprinkle of instant oats

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  • Add bananas to a bowl and mash with a fork. Add melted coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup, milk, baking soda, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, and flour. Mix together until combined.

  • Spray muffin tin and pour mixture into each cup. Sprinkle instant oats on top of muffin mixture.

  • Cook for 20 minutes and enjoy
