5 Ingredient Berry Yogurt Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana

  • 4 large or 8 small strawberries

  • 3/4 cup blueberries

  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt (I used plain)

  • 2 cups milk (I used almond milk)

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

    • Version 1

      • Pour into push-pop molds and set in freezer for 4 hours before serving

    • Version 2

      • Serve as a smoothie. Smoothie cups linked here

    • Version 3

      • Pour into smoothie-pop molds and set in freezer for 4 hours before serving
