3 Ingredient Banana Nice Cream

INGREDIENTS

• 2-3 frozen ripe bananas

• 3 T milk

• OPTIONAL: 1 T peanut butter, 1/2 tsp coco powder, or 1/2 cup berries (I used blueberries)

DIRECTIONS

• add frozen bananas to a food processor with milk and blend to make base recipe

  • Version 1

    • add 1 TB peanut Butter to base recipe and blend

  • Version 2

    • add a 1/2 tsp of coco powder and blend to the peanut butter nice cream (version 1) for a chocolate peanut butter nice cream

  • Version 3

    • add 1/2 cup of berries to the base recipe and blend
