Pizzadilla

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla

  • Thin layer of pizza or pasta sauce

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

  • Protein of choice (I used diced chicken)

  • 2-3 Diced tomatoes

  • Small handful Spinach

DIRECTIONS

  • Spread a thin layer of pizza or pasta sauce onto tortilla and top with cheese. Dice up some chicken or the protein of your choice and add it on top of the cheese.

  • Dice up veggies and add as many as you would like to half of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla over and preheat a sprayed pan over medium heat

  • Cook on each side until lightly brown and crispy

  • Cut and enjoy!
