Green Smoothie (Served Three Ways)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 large avocado or 1 full small avocado

  • 1 banana

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 1 cup mangos

  • 2 cups almond milk

DIRECTIONS

  • Version 1

    • Blend and serve in a smoothie cup

  • Version 2

    • Blend and pour into smoothie-pop mold. Set in freezer for 4 hours before serving

  • Version 3 (parent version)

    • Blend and add protein powder of your choice for a snack for you!
