Green Smoothie (Served Three Ways)
INGREDIENTS
1/2 large avocado or 1 full small avocado
1 banana
1 handful spinach
1 cup mangos
2 cups almond milk
DIRECTIONS
Version 1
Blend and serve in a smoothie cup
Version 2
Blend and pour into smoothie-pop mold. Set in freezer for 4 hours before serving
Version 3 (parent version)
Blend and add protein powder of your choice for a snack for you!
