Cherry Mango Smoothie/Smoothie-Pops

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup pitted cherries

  • 1 cup mangos

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 2 cups milk (I used almond milk)

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a blender until smooth. Serve as a smoothie or add to smoothie-pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
