Broccoli Cheddar Snackers

INGREDIENTS

  • 14 whole wheat crackers

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups cooked chopped broccoli

  • DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Crush up crackers and combine with the rest of the ingredients into a mixing bowl

  • Spray a pan or use a silicone baking sheet and form the mixture into rectangular snacker shapes

  • Cook for 15-18 minutes (makes 9-10 snackers)
