3 Ingredient Apple Cider Snackers
INGREDIENTS
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup apple cider
1 cup instant oats
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mash a banana with a fork and add to a bowl
Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl with the banana and mix until combined
Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly golden brown
Store in refrigerator in an airtight container
