3 Ingredient Apple Cider Snackers

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/4 cup apple cider

  • 1 cup instant oats

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon (optional)

  • DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  • Mash a banana with a fork and add to a bowl

  • Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl with the banana and mix until combined

  • Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly golden brown

  • Store in refrigerator in an airtight container
