Healthier Mac N Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box Mac N Cheese (I used Banza which is gluten free chickpea pasta)

  • 1 cup veggies of choice ( I used peas, carrots, and root vegetable mix)

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook Mac N Cheese according to package directions. Reheat veggies (if frozen) and add to cooked pasta. It’s as simple as that!
